According to his clients…
I engaged Jerry Posner to speak to my entire Operations Team in February 2014 at our annual off-site meeting in New Orleans … he delivered nothing short of a truly AMAZING half-day workshop! I can honestly say, Jerry touched lives in his presentation that day and gave my entire team some fantastic actionable tactics and ideas to really make sure they were set-up to have their best year ever. I simply couldn’t recommend Jerry more highly.
Jerry’s programs and approach are just the ticket for organizations and individuals looking to enhance their understanding and performance as it relates to service and hospitality.
Jerry truly believes in treating the customer better than they ever expected. He gives his audience a real perspective on feeling empathy and helping them see the value in listening to the customer. Jerry is consistent in his delivery and truly delivers what he promises.”
“He is an incredibly dynamic, motivational, and entertaining speaker who who has many practical messages about how to run both your life and work in a way is most effective and enjoyable. We would definitely bring Jerry back again as his teachings are always relevant and inspiring.
Jerry, in addition to being highly professional (preparedness, reliability, integrity top a much longer list of positive attributes), is the most popular evening speaker for our guests, and manages to combine newcomer appeal with fresh material for his longtime followers. His audience finds him relevant, relatable, entertaining and practical.
I have had the great pleasure of hearing Jerry speak (and sing on his ukelele!) to different audiences in my organization on a couple of occasions, and saw him transform two somewhat skeptical groups into enthusiastic believers. The basic, but powerful tenants of his talks lived on in the group in the weeks and months following his initial presentation.
Jerry Posner is not your average ukulele playing motivational speaker. He facilitates stimulating insightful discussions about life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness: personal & business. Jerry provided engaging, relevant, actionable information to help us achieve our objectives.
His thoughts, ideas, and practices enlightened me to a whole new level of self-understanding and development with ease, simplicity, and a lot of fun. Both his passion and knowledge of his field are clearly evident.
Jerry recently presented to our annual national employee meeting. Everyone was educated, entertained and motivated by Jerry’s incredible presentation. I was truly impressed by his ability to bring out many individuals’ feelings and emotions while leaving everyone concrete actions for increased success, productivity, reduced stress and happiness. A great, great motivator!
Jerry provided the opening Keynote Address to the ASHA School’s Conference @ National Harbor in July ’11 with over 1000 attendees. I serve as President of ASHA, a 145,000 member organization of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. I had the pleasure of attending his inspiring keynote address which was extremely well received by an audience that was highly professional and graduate educated. The feedback from attendees regarding Jerry’s address was uniformly positive. He is clever, warm, and a real “gentle”man. He struck me as a male Oprah with his genuine caring and positive attitude with recommendations for a life well-lived. He is a super conference kick-starter and has my recommendation for a similar venue!
My organization, a professional membership association, recently hired Jerry to deliver the opening keynote address for a conference. His audience comprised approximately 1,000 of our members. We wanted a positive, uplifting, and motivational opening experience–and Jerry absolutely delivered what we needed. Our members loved his message, loved his little cards (you had to be there), and lined up after the session to buy his book. He was refreshingly easy to work with, very responsive to our requests, and extremely low-maintenance. I recommend him highly!
Our Chamber of Commerce had a great experience with Jerry Posner. The content of his workshop was tremendous. We can’t wait to offer another program with Jerry. He over-delivered and made us look great.
Jerry is quite motivating and provides our staff with many useful tools for providing great service to our customers and for improving ourselves. His combination of stories, anecdotes and humor is always a hit! Jerry has come to [our business] several times over the past 10 years and his presentations just get better! I look forward to seeing Jerry because I know I will walk away renewed with a positive outlook and a personal improvement plan.
Our law firm has undergone rapid change over the last year or so. We have brought on lots of new staff, moved offices and picked up challenging work. Having heard Jerry speak several times at Canyon Ranch and read his book “Attention Late Bloomers – You’re Right on Time,” I thought that Jerry could help our staff in several ways.
Jerry was easy to reach, listened to our needs and crafted a program geared to customer service, tools for handling job stress and making the people happier, both at work and at home.
Jerry’s presentation far exceeded my already high expectations. Jerry was engaging, the presentation was both fun and practical, and I received many “thank you” notes from most of the staff, while the others all thanked me personally for having Jerry at our office. The positive feedback is encouraging and we have adopted polices to ensure that the staff’s morale boost becomes part of our firm’s culture.
I could not recommend Jerry too highly. He did a fantastic job and exceeded all of our expectations.
Jerry is the consummate professional. He delivers a highly motivating and stimulating presentation geared towards customer service with a dash of self-improvement tactics that have a positive impact on participants. Never boring…always fun. Knows his stuff and is truly sincere in his desire to make a positive impact on your employees…..which translates to a more successful business model. Highly recommended!
There are many performance enhancement / motivational practitioners in the marketplace but the great ones – like Jerry who excel in the field, are the ones who internalize their ideals and make the material come alive.
I have hired Jerry many times as a facilitator for strategic planning, and as a trainer for customer service, supervisory development, and team building. His creative and entertaining approach make him a favorite of our staff, and his common sense, practical techniques are especially effective.
He works closely with upper level management in an ongoing capacity to develop programs that reinforce and support our level of service, teamwork, culture and company values.
… a pleasure to have on your team … will inspire at all levels. A professional who cares about your business and your people.
… an empathetic, positive force for change and improvement whether he is working as a consultant for a company, as a trainer for a group, and as a human being who generously gives of himself to help others succeed.
… motivational, fun to learn from and very creative at his skillfully crafted seminars. Our team was in the midst of a tough transition and Jerry was able to professionally yet entertainingly lead us through the beginnings of our team building process … a pleasant and productive individual, he is sincere and passionate, very powerful.”
It is remarkable how well Jerry reaches every single individual in the audience. He has had a truly positive impact on so many people in our organization that I almost can’t imagine the culture without his impact. Jerry’s workshops and his one on one advice is something that has helped me personally and professionally far greater than any other seminar, motivational book or personal coaching.
He wowed everyone in the room and gave them far more then they expected.
… a terrific speaker with a practical message. He uses humor to spark deep reflection from the participants, and staff use his materials long after the presentation. He makes his information accessible and usable, and folks are always anxious to “have Jerry back!”
… fresh, funny, and pertinent; Jerry’s seminars are great for our team in general and we have consistently received positive feedback from our employees specifically. Anyone interested in providing their customers with extraordinary service and training their people on how and why it happens should hire Jerry.”
Jerry is an outstanding Motivational Speaker dealing with all aspects of leadership developement to customer service skills. His seminars hit very close to home and his funny, witty charm make his presentations the right fit for any corporate retreat.”
… intuitive, creative and entertaining. His seminars bring to light many important aspects for success in a service industry with practical and useful tools and communication techniques.”
“Jerry is a tremendous facilitator who brings out the very best in people through an high energy well orchestrated and almost theatrical presentation of service concepts.”
He has fantastic insight, is very approachable and reaches people on a personal level, no matter their background. A truly inspiring individual.”
Jerry is a creative out of the box thinker who knows how to quickly “size up” a situation and create innovative and entertaining solutions to often complex problems. He is an excellent teacher and motivator.

Thank you very, very, very much for the wonderful presentation Monday evening. I have heard from many attendees on how powerful the message you sent us was. I know it was for me. I have already thought about my “miracle” twice today.
Oh, and I can’t wait until your book comes out. Hurry and finish.
Kim Baker, CISR, Account Executive / LV Toole Insurance Agency, Lee, MA
You were quite a hit this morning!
On behalf of each member of the team, I thank you for the time you spent with us.
Your words of wisdom were greatly appreciated!

Thanks for introducing me to my future self! The process of identifying goals in many areas of my life was a useful one. I was able to painlessly narrow down what was important to me and find new ways to verbalize these dreams (goals). Having a recording in my own voice helps me focus in a new way each day on what I want to accomplish.
The group process is a powerful experience. Hearing the language others use to define their goals helps me clarify my own goals and lets me borrow new language in my own goal setting.
As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them. – John Fitzgerald Kennedy
Jerry you definitely live by them.
I just wanted to express my gratitude for all your spontaneity, humor, and profound knowledge you bring to your seminars and to let you know I truly appreciate your genuine presences as a speaker. You seem to live by a high set of standards and seem to be very appreciative of the things in your life. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your gifts to the world.
Bruce H. Winkler
Whoa! This experience was incredibly insightful and powerful. The worksheets really make a difference. Within the first hour of listening to my CD I could feel a few points starting to shift into action. Whoa again!
I’m still laughing as I reflect on your wonderful program for our seniors last week. Everyone loved it. Good luck with all. I hope to be able to invite you back again. It was great.
Leslie Klein, Program Director / Jewish Federation of the Berkshires
A lot of my co –workers were chanting FEED THE GOOD DOG at our holiday party. You have once again touched many more lives.
All the best,

William R. Wilson, Jr.,President & CEO / Berkshire Visitors Bureau
I write you today in thanks for another great seminar on motivational thinking. This was the third one of your “gigs,” as you like to call them, that I have been fortunate enough to attend, and I just wanted to let you know how much I value them. Each year I take out of your speeches that much more which continues to help better, inspire and drive my goals, my achievements, and my outlook on life.So thanks again Jerry.
I wanted to thank you so much for taking time to be with our group last night. All day long, I’ve heard from the ladies–it meant a lot to them–me too! I’m very grateful that you brought your wonderful insights into my/our lives.
Thanks for a great morning program.
Our wonderful speaker, Jerry, overflowed with enthusiasm, eccentricity, humor, charm, seriousness, definitiveness and easily captured the audience with his message. I left the meeting feeling inspired, alive and charged with energy to look through glasses that bring me miracles, DAILY.
Your motivational seminar was excellent; everyone at Margaritas has been incorporating what they learned in our work environment and I am sure outside of Margaritas as well. I know that I have been incorporating what I learned from your speech in my everyday life. I would love for you to let me know if you are ever speaking in the Boston area.
Amanda L. Lazaro
It was a joy to help bring your program to our staff. I believe you would be pleased to know that, in the wake of the election results, several staff members have cited ideas they recalled from your presentation as helping them to gain perspective and prepare to move on. So, double thanks to you!
All the best,
Jerry Posner is a gifted trainer and speaker. His presentations never fail to entertain, educate and “wow” his audiences. His programs are awesome!

I will certainly keep you in mind for a staff retreat speaker.

I thought the day was great and was very pleased to find out that everyone who attended enjoyed it as much as I had. Many said it was the best workshop or seminar they have ever attended.

Jerry helps individuals identify and use their power within. People get excited when they discover that they have unlimited potential for success. Attitudes change. Teamwork develops. Behaviors improve. We have seen the results in higher morale and better customer service. Those who have been through Jerry’s program seem to have a greater desire to do things rights. His trainings can work for your company too….I’m positive!
John Mathers, General Manager / Hampton Inn, Natick, MA
In this day of increased work demands, you were able to provide us with strategies for managing stress, making positive choices, and using productive work habits.Through a positive, interactive approach, participants were able to understand your message while enjoying team-building activities with co-workers.

Just thought I’d write to tell you I’m getting a lot from your meetings. Customer service is what customers expect and deserve an you bring that through to us. I really enjoy your talks … you’re great!! I’m a manager of one of the stores in the Springfield area. I believe that customers come first and I do my best to make them happy so they will come back, and they do! I’m learning a lot from you, both as a manager and as a person in my own life. Thanks, Jerry.
Great conference on Thursday in Worcester. Haven’t learned so much in a fun way in a long time.
Jerry – I wanted to practice some of my appreciation for today by thanking you for your talk the other day. I wasn’t necessarily looking forward to two hours about fun, success and customer service but imagine my surprise when you offered us something quite profound!
Dear Mr. Posner,
I just wanted to contact you to tell you that I have applied your “words of wisdom” and have had a positive outcome in my life because of it. I do thank you from the bottom of my heart for your inspiration.
Just thought you’d like to see that your program was the inspiration for a QE committee bulletin board project. Staff response to your program was very positive.
Mary Kinsell / Mystic Valley Elder Services, Malden, MA
Jerry, Thanks for the great job you did at the Mass Home Care retreat last week. I’m sure that we all took away important ideas for our agencies and ourselves.
Thank you for a memorable lecture at Canyon Ranch earlier in January. I’ve just gone through all the notes from my lectures there – yours left a lingering imprint – and am now on your website. It’s nice to know I can go to your site now and then and get a “Posner pick-me-up.”
Thanks and regards,
I met you earlier this morning at Margaritas in Manchester. You may remember me as Donna Ponce or as the young woman who brought the donuts. I felt great after leaving your class and really appreciate the entire experience.
I would just like to thank you again and I hope that you had a great time in Manchester with the crew from Margaritas.
Dear Mr. Posner:
Just met you at the Convenience Plus meeting @ Crowne Plaza, and I really appreciated meeting with you, and attending your motivational 3 hour class!
Well, I can honestly say Mr. Posner that I learned much more than I ever imagined possible from that meeting. Now, I can carry these few simple, yet effective tools with me to Europe, and really succeed.
Anyhow, I love your website, too! (Just checked it out real quick). Ever teach in Europe? You are a real winner Mr. Posner!
Thank you most sincerely!
Christopher J. Zamisz
I just wanted to say THANK YOU for a great presentation yesterday. My managers really enjoyed it and I’m sure it made an impact on many of them.
Great job! I look forward to having you back soon and continue your seminars.
Thank You Very Much,
Joe Bertha / AppleMetro
I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the seminar on Tuesday, 3/5 in Lakewood, NJ. I learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed the unique ways you got your message across. I sure hope we meet again and perhaps sharing your methods with the other employees in our center.
Sue / E. Windsor Lanes
I wanted to thank you again for the very excellent and dynamic presentation you gave to us at the Berkshire Entrepreneurs Network meeting.
I love hearing “your life is what you make of it” speeches, and yours, about your personal experiences and choices (and the results of your choices) was so uplifting, because it truly comes from your heart. You don’t just say it, you live it, and it shows. I was mesmerized, and also felt so happy about my own growth, because I could relate to everything you were saying. It isn’t always easy, but it is always worth the effort, and you made that concept so beautifully obvious.
I’ve been attending BEN meetings for a year and a half now, and believe me, the other night’s atmosphere was more energized than I’ve ever seen it. I hope you will return next year with another of your presentations.
Keep spreading the good word!
A GREAT LECTURE at Canyon Ranch LAST FRIDAY EVENING!!!
My wife and I attended your workshop at Canyon Ranch during Thanksgiving week. It was the most uplifting and motivational event of the week and I look forward to being with you again. You may remember me: I was the guy who dinged your bell in gratitude for your leadership and insights at the end of the lecture! Keep up the good work.
Peace and joy,
I recently attended your seminar “On The Front Line!” I must admit it was very empowering. I walked out of your seminar feeling like a new, improved person. I felt like I now have the knowledge to be the best I can be at my job. Thank you!
Tara Johnson / Storey Publishing LLC
Hello Jerry. I wanted to write in order to thank you for your work in Branford. I was in Branford right after your seminars, I spoke with old and new employees alike, and they all had nothing but praise for you and your seminar. Thanks again!
Mark Parente / Margaritas
I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful workshop on team building and conflict resolution you presented to our AmeriCorps members. It was a fun day and behind your back they were saying wonderful and positive things, “That guy has a lot of energy”, “He really made sense”, “What a good looking guy”. Okay so I threw that last one in but seriously thanks again and the website is great. Will be sure to contact other AmeriCorps programs about your trainings.
Tammy Gage / BerkshireWorks
What a great web site. I am getting ready to open a restaurant in Wheeling, WV and was putting together some notes for a team building seminar for the staff. I gambled that you had a web site and sure enough, there it is. I wish that I could fly you down here and have you do this seminar for me but for right now, please take satisfaction in the fact that you are about to positively impact about 70 people in West Virginia. I miss your talks and think of you often. Keep having fun and be well.
I wanted to drop you a note to tell you that you gave me the motivation I needed to do something I thought I couldn’t. In the winter of 1997 Turboprop East hired you for a motivational seminar for their employees, it was held at The Orchards restaurant (I think).
You went over topics of P.O.V., gave out inspirational quotes, etc……(I’ll never forget the glasses). Lastly you gave us a “Check from the Universe” to fill out with a goal. Well I filled that check out for a “Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering” ….. (a big dream to fill) at the time I owned a house in North Adams, had a wife and one child at the time and I had no college education. Now I find myself in my third year of college at U-Mass Amherst, pursuing my Computer System Engineering degree with my wife, and two children. The Change was GREAT. We are doing well!!
Every now and then I look at that check I wrote back in 1997 and I smile and think of you. Thank you Jerry, you gave me that little extra push I needed to make the change that really has changed life for me and my family.
David L. Rust
I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that I feel that your recent seminar in Orono was, without a doubt, the most beneficial seminar that I have seen you give. I have attended your classes eight times. While I took something out of each one, the classes on May 8th really defined to me what these can be. The interaction and participation from the staff truly made the day. It seems that the classes are getting better and better. Thank you very much for driving so far to facilitate such a valuable (and spirited) discussion.
Bill Carollo / Margaritas-Orono, ME
